  • 2 lbs Pork belly cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 3 pcs Potatoes regular size, cut into small squares
  • 1 pc Onion peeled and sliced thinly, optional

  4. Allow the pork to simmer for about 40 minutes, or until it is tender. Add potatoes to the pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes more. If the pork belly is still not tender after an hour, you can add water.

  6. Next, put the potatoes and pork aside. Medium fry the potatoes in a separate pan then set aside. Then, brown the pork in the same pan.
