  • 1 (9-inch) hoagie or submarine roll
  • 4 ounces roasted turkey, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces of turkey stuffing
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. First, divide the sub-roll in half lengthwise, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise onto each half.
  2. Layer the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on the bottom half of your roll. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover using the top of the roll and cut in half.
  4. Serve immediately.
