Step 9: In the medium glass bowl, pour 3 ounces cream cheese, 1 tbsp. cup of sour cream, 1/4 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of Kosher salt. Then, mix all the ingredients together well until they form a smooth mixture.

Step 10: Add 4 ounces Lump crab meat to the bowl, then mix it gently to make sure the crabmeat does not get mashed.

Step 11: Next is to season the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the 4 pieces of chicken breast you prepared with the old bay seasoning. Just make sure to season both sides.

Step 13: Get approximately 2 tablespoons of the crab meat mixture and begin to stuff the pockets of your chicken breasts.

Step 14: Make sure to tuck the back in order to keep the mixture from spilling. Use toothpicks for tucking.

Step 15: Once the filling is complete, heat the remaining bacon fat by putting your pan over medium heat for 1 minute.

Step 16: Then, put the stuffed breasts of chicken on the pan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes on each side. When the chicken breasts are cooked, you will see a golden brown color.

Fresh parsley leaves can be used as garnish. Then, you can enjoy your dish with beer or any of your favorite side dishes.
