Who are we?
Chef / Owner
Brad’s career spans almost 27 years. From his modest beginnings at New York’s French Culinary Institute to working in some of the country’s most distinguished restaurant groups(including Union Square Hospitality Group, Myriad Restaurant Group and Wolfgang Puck), he has acquired a vast skillset and knowledge of finer hospitality.
Event Sales / Owner
Meggin first acquired the bug for the food world while working in Bravo Brio Restaurant Group where she spent 3 years working her way through the front of the house. She then moved on Wolfgang Puck where she sold and planned events. Working in such prestigious company allowed Meggin to acquire a keen eye for the details. After Wolfgang Puck, Meggin joined Brad at Bugg’s Temple doing event sales and planning. She re-joined Brad in October of 2009 to form Brad Gates Catering & Events.
Meggin and Brad met in 2005 while working at Wolfgang Puck’s at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and were married soon after. They live in Carmel, Indiana with their two young boys, Jacob(9) and Sam(7)…..and two big black dogs named Sara and Molly.
