How to Make the Homemade Ramen Burger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 tablespoon dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions

STEP 1

  1. Mix one cup water and the soy sauce, sugar honey, and spices together in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk 1/4 cup of cornstarch with a cup of cold water. Then, add to the saucepan.
  3. Allow the sauce to heat until it reaches the right consistency, which should take about 10 minutes. Let cool, then add Sriracha. Set aside.

  • 1/2 lb fresh ground chuck

  2. Use your hands to combine the ingredients.

  • 4 packages ramen noodles

  • PAM no-stick cooking spray
  • Canola oil

Instructions

  1. Follow the package directions to cook noodles. For another time, save or toss the flavoring packet included with your ramen noodles. You are in charge of how you will make your patty taste!
