We have visited Bulgaria many times and have eaten pork sach in different places there. We love it and bought a clay pan to make it in. But we do not have a recipe. We could probably come up with something on our own but we know it wouldn’t be the same. Do you have a recipe?

Hi, Jasmin!
We are flattered you are interested in traditional Bulgarian cuisine
The first thing that came in mind when talking kids is Banitsa – all time favorite to all Bulgarian kids. You can prepare it in individual finger shapes as this Tikvenik (sweet pumpkin banitsa). Tikvenik is suitable for kids and toddlers too. Bulgarian kids also love the Meatballs soup, but I don’t know if soup is what you’re searching for.
I left Bulgaria early 1992, I love eat (drop sarma)but, I haven’t recipe. pls can you help me.
